At St Mary's co-cathedral, Secunderabad

A major stop of the relic outside the Salesian houses was at St Mary's Cathedral, Secunderabad. The relic was open for public veneration wherein large number of people from different walks of life, most of whom were familiar with Don Bosco, paid their homage to this great saint.

Call it a matter of coincidence or choice, that Don Bosco, an ardent devotee of Mary, should once again find himself in a Church dedicated to Mary right on her b'day. The Holy Mass was presided over by the Vicar General of the archdiocese, Msgr Swarna Bernard and the sermon was preached by Fr Maddhichetty Noel sdb, the former Provincial. Read more...
